Dental Staff

Dr. Shanne Sastiel was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Sastiel then went on to attend the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and later his Master’s degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences, as well as his postgraduate training and certificate in Periodontics.

During his time at UCSF, he received the prestigious award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics by the American Academy of Periodontics.

Dr. Sastiel’s passion in dentistry stems from his desire to educate and care for patients. He believes that the highest quality of dental care can only be achieved through the communication and trust between doctor and patient.

Dr. Sastiel does a variety of procedures with a gentle touch, including placing dental implants, extractions, gum tissue and bone grafting, and improving patients smiles!

Dr. Sastiel is married to Shirley and has three children. During his free time, he can be found cooking, hiking, or taking his family to the beach.

Dr. Reza Moghbel graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from USC.

In Addition, he holds two master's degrees from UC Irvine in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering along with Bio-mechanical Engineering.

His academic background and extensive experience in engineering and dentistry fostered Dr. Moghbel's unparalleled skills, including his in-depth analyses, attention to detail, and precision.

He is adamant about educating his patients so that they receive both necessary treatments and recognize preventative care techniques. His specialty is in providing cosmetic dentistry, including veneers and reconstruction.

He is passionate about overall nutrition and health. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Parisa, and his family and doing yoga.
